No. Spotlight Effects is built for Divi 5 and adds nothing to the Divi 4 builder.

Almost always Spotlight Size. The light fades out over that distance, so a size much larger than the element lights all of it evenly and there is nothing left to see moving. On something small like a button, start around the element’s own width instead of the default.

There is no cursor to follow, so a tap lights the element rather than a hover. If you want the effect to read on mobile, turn on Animate Automatically, or set Follow Cursor to Across The Page or None so the element is lit without waiting for a pointer.

It turns any Divi 5 element into a light source: a soft glow across it, a bright line around its border, or both. The light follows the visitor’s cursor, leans toward it from across the page, or moves on its own.

Any Divi 5 section, row, column or module. Turn the feature on once in the Divi Pixel dashboard and a Spotlight Effects group appears in the Advanced tab of every one of them.
