Support goes above and beyond!!!
Every time I reach out to support and Divi-Pixel I’m blown away by how much help they are.
Most of the time (if not ALL of the time) the issue is something I’ve done to mess things up and support goes above and beyond to help me fix the issue.
Just today I was stumped with a problem and realized it was my own fault – only to be given advice and suggestions on what I could do to fix things. Technically this isn’t their problem – but walking away from this interaction I feel like “we’re all in this together”.
Amazing company, fantastic staff! If I could give more that five stars I would!
