New Divi 5 Timeline Module and WPML Support Added

Every update brings us closer to a fully optimized experience for Divi 5 users. With the Horizontal Timeline module, Divi Pixel now offers 50 modules compatible with Divi 5, a huge milestone that reflects our ongoing dedication to innovation, quality, and user-friendly design.

In our previous release, we launched the Dual Heading module, a versatile text module designed to enhance your typography with multiple layers and dynamic effects. The community response has been phenomenal, and development continues at full pace as we prepare the remaining modules for Divi 5.

With the Horizontal Timeline now live, only two modules remain — Image Slider and Table Maker — before the Divi Pixel suite achieves full Divi 5 compatibility.

The Power of Visual Timelines in Web Design

Timelines are one of the clearest ways to illustrate chronological events. By visually mapping milestones along a structured line, a timeline allows readers to quickly grasp sequences and relationships, whether for project timelines, company history, or educational content.

With the Horizontal Timeline module for Divi 5, you can now create sleek, interactive, and fully responsive timelines that enhance storytelling and improve user engagement.

We rebuilt the module entirely for Divi 5, updated the underlying JavaScript slider library, and ensured it works seamlessly with the new framework. Best of all, existing layouts from Divi 4 will migrate automatically to Divi 5 without breaking, preserving your previously built timelines.

Full WPML Compatibility for Divi 5 Modules

We’ve also made an important improvement that will benefit all multilingual websites — full WPML support has now been implemented across all Divi Pixel modules for Divi 5.

WPML is one of the most popular translation plugins for WordPress, allowing you to create and manage multilingual websites with ease. It enables translation of pages, posts, custom content, and builder-based layouts — making it an essential tool for global websites.

In Divi 4, Divi Pixel modules were fully translatable thanks to the shortcode-based structure used by the builder. However, with the transition to Divi 5, the underlying architecture changed significantly. The new framework relies on a Gutenberg-style data structure, which requires a different approach to make content translatable.

To ensure a smooth multilingual experience, we have updated all Divi Pixel modules for Divi 5 to support this new translation format. This means that every module is now fully compatible with WPML, allowing you to translate all fields and content seamlessly — just as you could in Divi 4.

This update ensures continuity for existing multilingual websites and provides a solid foundation for building fully localized experiences with Divi 5.

Additional Fixes and Enhancements

This release also includes improvements across several other Divi Pixel modules:

Carousel Module
We resolved an issue where Carousel child items containing only a background image would not display. The module now correctly shows all items, even if no text or other content is added.

Price List Module
We fixed inconsistencies with header alignment and default separator lines, ensuring that front-end displays now match the settings applied in the editor.

Advanced Tabs Module
Dynamic Content support has been added to tab titles, subtitles, body text, images, and buttons, making it easier than ever to create flexible, dynamic tab layouts.

Content Slider Module
The “Show Active Selector Only in Visual Builder” option now functions as expected. When enabled, only the active slider item is shown; when disabled, all items are visible, improving usability in the Visual Builder.

Looking Ahead

With Horizontal Timeline now released, the Divi Pixel team is focusing on the final two modules before achieving complete Divi 5 support:
